Starting at $2,000 this package includes 10–14 business days for completion, 2 revision rounds, and a concise client review window of 2 days per round. Cancellation Policy
Projects are confirmed once the scope is approved and payment or deposit is received. Timelines begin after all required materials are submitted, including slides, notes, content, logos, branding, images, data, deadlines, and presentation details. Delays in materials or client feedback may shift the final delivery date. Some services may require full payment upfront. Custom projects may require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before final files are delivered. Final PowerPoint files will not be released until the balance is paid in full. Each package includes the revision rounds listed in the service description. Revisions include reasonable updates to wording, formatting, slide flow, visual placement, design refinements, and minor content adjustments. Revisions do not include a full change in direction, new concept, major new content, additional slides, new research, or a complete rebuild after the draft is developed. Additional revisions or scope changes may require an updated quote. Client feedback must be provided within the review window listed for the selected package. If feedback is not received within that timeframe, the project timeline may be extended. Requests for additional slides, speaker notes, data visualization, rush turnaround, new content, or expanded strategy support may require additional fees. Rush projects are accepted based on availability and must be approved before booking. Rush fees may range from 25%–50%. Same-day, next-day, large, or strategy-heavy rush projects require a custom quote. Because presentation work requires reserved project time, planning, and preparation, deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future project within 60 days. Rescheduling is based on availability and may affect the delivery date. Final files are delivered electronically and may include an editable PowerPoint, PDF version if requested, speaker notes if purchased, and approved add-on materials. Clients are responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy before presenting or distributing the final deck. The Presentation Consultant does not provide administrative or virtual assistant services, calendar or inbox support, meeting notes, scheduling, ongoing task management, printing, or live meeting support unless separately contracted.
